Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:
Lee Company is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating relationships with existing accounts, executing the sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities, and selling the full Lee Company service and technology portfolio to facility owners or managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive field sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales
- Strong knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry and client relations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently within our CRM solution and manage a pipeline of opportunities
