About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at GPAC. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer needs promptly, and maintain open communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, execution, and past production data to provide valuable feedback to the company on customer needs, market trends, competition, and technological advancements.
  • Innovation: Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to enhance our industry leadership and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company positively and professionally at all times, communicating the company's objectives and values externally to build trust and credibility.
Requirements
  • 3 years of professional experience in related industries (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design).
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently towards common goals.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
