**Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve as the main point of contact for any new or established account, service call, or project.
  • Communicate with customers to assess and determine their needs related to energy management, HVAC, or similar systems.
  • Handle new sales, warranty issues, ongoing service meetings and calls, product financing, and contracts.
  • Proactively initiate actions to establish and build relationships, anticipate customer needs, and prepare and monitor new and ongoing project solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, trade shows, referrals, and other business development methods.
  • Prepare estimates/proposals and oversee the job, following up to ensure satisfaction from order through delivery and commissioning.
  • Travel throughout Oregon and Washington as required.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of five years experience in HVAC; experience can be in sales, project management, estimating, or technical roles.
  • Strong industry knowledge and the ability to intelligently discuss, sell, and solve customer problems.
  • Excellent communication, math, computer, and reasoning abilities.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel throughout Oregon and Washington.

CareerPaths NW offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100K to $140K, plus twice-a-year bonuses.
