About the Role:
NSC Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our customer service center in Mobile, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, improving operational efficiency, and providing leadership and development opportunities for your team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow our customer base
- Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the service center
- Provide leadership, management, and development opportunities for team members
- Monitor and achieve center P&L targets
- Implement service center policies and procedures
- Manage physical property, inventory, and assets
- Develop and manage service center budgets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and growth
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to travel for training and other activities
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Progressive management responsibilities required
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
