Job Description

At Revlon, we are committed to innovation and excellence in the beauty industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing and engineering initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation for new and established products.
  2. Contracting and managing outside equipment construction services.
  3. Collaborating with R&D, marketing, packaging, suppliers, and plants to execute manufacturing-friendly new product launches.
  4. Providing technical support to manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Thorough technical knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.
  • Project management skills.
  • Machine design capability utilizing CAD.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and organize professional and craft workforce.
  • Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
