Job Title: MRO Supply Room Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MRO Supply Room Technician to join our team at Revlon Consumer Products LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all MRO supplies, ensuring that we have the right parts, in the right place, and at the right time to optimize uptime in production and minimize costly downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, stocking, and issuance of MRO supplies to various departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Maximo Maintenance system to maintain accurate inventory levels, track purchase orders, and communicate with internal customers.
  • Perform daily cycle counts, weekly critical counts, and investigate discrepancies to determine root cause.
  • Run reports in SAP to track warehouse tasks and movement of stored items.
  • Conduct daily receiving and disbursement audits, correct errors, and document findings.
  • Flag and track custom parts, ensure in-house modifications are performed by the Maintenance Shop, and update notes as needed.
  • Build and break down custom O-ring kits as required, working closely with the Buyer to report any issues.
  • Multi-task, assist customers, and manage special projects/assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing, inventory, or MRO work experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of previous work experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, components, and parts.
  • SAP and Maximo Systems experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with receiving tasks and inventory control required.
  • Proficient in the use of a computer with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED; some post-secondary education preferred.

Experience:

2 years of experience in a related field.
