Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the needs of prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with current residents and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in an attractive commission program based on sales performance.
Requirements

This is a sales-driven role that requires 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to work weekends is necessary. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.
