About the Position:

The BDC Call Center Sales and Service Representative is responsible for actively managing customer service outreach, inbound phone calls, and customer retention. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, and performance-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, knowledge of dealership products and services, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate new business leads
  • Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information about vehicles and services, and addressing any concerns
  • Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for potential customers with the Sales or Service Departments
  • Follow Up: Following up with customers after their visits to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM System
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues
  • Sales Support: Assisting the Sales Team by managing initial customer interactions and funneling leads to the appropriate department
  • Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support, such as handling correspondence, sales promotions, and service notifications
Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of dealership products and services preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive service operations preferred
  • Prefer 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
