About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Luxury Retail Ambassador, fluent in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus), for our Acne Studios Horatio location. As a Luxury Retail Ambassador, you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve positive business outcomes. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service and attentiveness to customers, showcasing our luxury products in a unique and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute omni-channel services, ensuring seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints.
  • Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, attending to all details and providing them with an unparalleled client experience.
  • Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets by identifying customer needs, cross-selling products, and closing sales effectively.
  • Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory, maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.

Salary
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
