Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager at MyCareersFuture, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our franchise operations and development. This position involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Franchise Operations: Assist existing franchise outlets in increasing their sales and profit margins through effective strategies and support.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Group Marketing Department to develop and implement nationwide and local store promotional activities.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and enquiries, ensuring exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profit margins for existing franchise outlets.
  • Collaborate with the Group Marketing Department to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and franchisees.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with franchisees, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
