Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Assistant Manager to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our membership department, you will be responsible for managing the intake and processing of new membership applications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to our membership database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Application Management: Manage the intake and processing of new membership applications, including eligibility and take responsibility for the entire process.
  • Member Relations: Manage member relations as the primary point of contact for individuals and organisations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Membership Renewal: Coordinate membership renewal processes and reminders to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Database Management: Manage the membership database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to maintain a robust and reliable system.
  • Certification Promotion: Promote certifications to members and assist in the application process, driving engagement and growth.
  • Corporate Membership: Promote corporate membership to new and existing organisations, fostering partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Product Development: Assist in the development of new products/services to drive the membership department, staying ahead of industry trends and member needs.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics, invitations, and communications for events related to membership and partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials targeting both existing and prospective members, driving engagement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using membership management software and other relevant tools to manage membership databases and processes.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
