Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing secretarial tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert advice on compliance, governance, and secretarial issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage secretarial tasks, including record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance, governance, and secretarial matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Handle statutory filings and manage governance documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, banks, and partners to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
  • Prepare board resolutions and draft meeting minutes, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Assist the team with client portfolios and corporate secretarial services, providing exceptional support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with a strong background in compliance and governance.
  • ICS (Institute of Chartered Secretaries) qualification is highly desirable.
