Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the daily office operations, including reception, mailroom, and office management.
    • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Manage budget and expenses.
  • Facilities Management
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external parties on matters relating to office management.
    • Project manage office renovation, digitization of documents, and record management.
  • Project Management
    • Develop, implement, and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) plans.
    • Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, other relevant legislation, and contractual WSH requirements.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure work activities adhere to WSH standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Serve as Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee.
    • Liaison with contractors regarding WSH matters.
    • Follow up on all outstanding safety-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Possess a Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience
    • Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Office Manager with Facilities Management and Project Management experience.
    • Prior experience in managing office renovation/document digitalization is advantageous.
  • Skills
    • Ability to handle and communicate with different stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment.
