This position reports directly to the Director of Technical Services. The role is onsite and based in a collaborative environment. The compensation for this position ranges from $24-26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Services division.
- Assist with data entry for job-related documentation.
- Organize and maintain environmental records, including waste profiles and manifests.
- Prepare work orders for upcoming field operations.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule various environmental services.
- Monitor client shipment volumes and ensure timely reporting.
- Generate client invoices based on completed job documentation.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
