Technical Services Associate

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading provider of environmental services in North America, is in search of a Technical Services Associate to join our dedicated team.

This meticulous, driven, and analytical professional will play a key role in offering administrative assistance to the Technical Services division.

Triumvirate is committed to supporting institutions across higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors with a range of services and guidance to ensure compliance management. Our culture is centered around excellence, fostering growth, education, and innovation.

This position reports directly to the Director of Technical Services. The role is onsite and based in a collaborative environment. The compensation for this position ranges from $24-26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Services division.
  • Assist with data entry for job-related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain environmental records, including waste profiles and manifests.
  • Prepare work orders for upcoming field operations.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule various environmental services.
  • Monitor client shipment volumes and ensure timely reporting.
  • Generate client invoices based on completed job documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
