Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services, including intake, therapy, and counseling
  • Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
  • Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care
  • Prepare and maintain progress notes and discharge summaries
  • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans
  • Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
  • Maintain all required certifications and licenses
Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Preference for clinicians licensed in Oregon
  • Professional licensure must enable independent practice
  • Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
  • Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
