Licensed Social Worker Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Social Worker to join our team at Nitelines USA, Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric social work services to patients and their families.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. You will also serve as a liaison with community mental health agencies, hospitals, and other social service organizations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of social work values and ethics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments and gather information from patients, families, and community mental health programs
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Provide individual and group treatment, as well as family counseling and education
Serve as a liaison with community mental health agencies, hospitals, and other social service organizations
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of social work values and ethics
