Job Description

Rewards Network is a leading provider of innovative financial and marketing services to restaurants. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the LA Metro, CA area.

About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the LA Metro, CA area. You will work closely with our restaurant partners to understand their needs and develop solutions to help them increase revenue, traffic, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to have a confident discussion related to fees, acceptance, and finances
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills
