As a Direct Sales Account Executive at Dell, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends.
  • Work closely with senior management on critical issues.
  • Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries.
  • Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience selling technology solutions.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
  • 0-2 years of outside sales experience.

Benefits and Perks:

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $139,400-$180,400, which includes base salary and commissions.
