Senior Environmental Compliance Practice Lead

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Compliance Practice Lead to join our team. As a key member of our environmental management practice, you will be responsible for leading client development, directing project teams, and developing our professional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in their compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement environmental compliance programs, provide guidance on regulatory requirements, and develop plans and procedures for managing air, water, and waste.
- Manage multiple clients and projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations, ensuring quality standards on project deliverables.
- Effectively steward and build client relationships to repeat business.
- Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients and prepare associated proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an environmental consulting environment, the environmental and/or health & safety compliance and management industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and training abilities.
