Compliance Expert Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Expert Lead to join our team at Guidepost Solutions LLC. In this role, you will lead special compliance teams and monitor in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Trade Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, and monitor compliance programs in a broad range of industries; oversee execution and improvement of internal policies and procedures
  • Identify regulatory and business requirements establishing and developing best practices to promote compliance with internal controls and policies
  • Build and direct special compliance teams which may include investigators, fraud examiners, forensic accountants, business intelligence analysts, researchers, and attorneys
  • Create client deliverables including interview notes, research summaries, expert reports, and presentation of findings
  • Build strong relationships with clients through positive support and sound expertise

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or law, and a proven track record of success in client management and business development. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Benefits include travel opportunities to work at client sites domestically and outside the United States. This is a full-time position with generally Monday through Friday hours, but may require long hours and weekend work.
