About the Role:

nVent is seeking a skilled Electrical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical application assistance on Panel Shop Automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete machine installations at customer sites in North America and globally as needed.
  • Train customers on the operation of new products both onsite and remotely.
  • Field calls to assist current and potential customers.
  • Maintain a spare part inventory in Anoka, MN, and facilitate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role with strong mechanical and electrical proficiency.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions.
  • Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
