Position Overview:
Accentuate Staffing is collaborating with a reputable manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Project Engineer. This role is pivotal in engaging with both internal teams and external partners to innovate new products, technologies, and tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced 3D CAD software to create detailed design layouts for complex valves and actuators across our diverse product range.
  • Generate comprehensive product detail drawings, including components and sub-assemblies, as well as casting drawings when necessary.
  • Develop item masters, structures, and Bills of Material for new and updated products, ensuring compliance with Nuclear, traceable, and commercial specifications.
  • Interpret customer specifications from new and modified orders, creating Work Requests for design layouts and necessary drawings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other personnel on intricate assignments to ensure project success.
  • Assist in resolving engineering-related inquiries from various departments, including shop floor operations, marketing, purchasing, and field service.
  • Conduct thorough research to verify data and part numbers for incoming quotes across the full spectrum of products.
  • Manage special project tasks, Continuous Improvement Process initiatives, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design and material compatibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD SolidWorks.
  • Experience in industrial development and design.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation, drafting, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively engage with all levels of personnel, clients, and business groups globally.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
