Premier Medical HV is seeking an experienced Administrative Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our administrative staff. This role is a crucial part of our team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This position involves supervising a team of administrative staff, planning task assignments, and reviewing physician schedules to maximize capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding staff members, completing performance evaluations, and identifying learning opportunities. They will also approve paid time off and payroll for staff, train new employees, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise administrative staff and plan task assignments
  • Review physician schedules to optimize capacity
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members
  • Complete performance evaluations and identify learning opportunities
  • Approve paid time off and payroll for staff
  • Train new employees and ensure cross-training
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma; Associate degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and strong analytical ability
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians, staff, and patients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
