- Manage and coordinate appointments effectively
- Follow up with buyer leads to maintain engagement
- Generate new buyer leads through various strategies
- Utilize CRM systems and databases for effective client management
- Exhibit mastery in sales conversations
- Successfully close sales transactions
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
- Proven track record of success in real estate
- A valid real estate license is mandatory
- Opportunity for commission-based earnings
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
