Job Title: Real Estate Sales Professional

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at EmpowerHome Team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes
* Manage all aspects of the transaction process
* Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline
* Prospect for new leads to promote new business
* Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction
* Host team open houses monthly
* Manage work-flow, calendar, and time-block efficiently
* Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings

Requirements:

* Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
* Full-time availability
* Technology-driven
* Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
* Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
* A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
* Organized and the ability to manage time effectively
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* Can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities
