Job Summary

TRINITY OFFERS is seeking a seasoned Real Estate professional to manage property sales transactions, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

This in-office position is based in Orlando and offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 yearly, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Disposition Process: Oversee all phases of the asset disposition process, including marketing, pricing, negotiations, and final transfer.
  • Strategic Marketing and Pricing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and pricing plans to attract and secure buyers.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate offers and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for the company and our clients.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with acquisitions and other internal teams to align on property values and market conditions.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of all legal documentation to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with buyers, brokers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitive properties to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Pipeline Management: Track the disposition pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Handle Buyer Inquiries: Manage inquiries and due diligence from potential buyers.
  • Coordinate Closing: Assist with the closing process by liaising with title companies, attorneys, and other professionals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or transactions
  • Proven track record of successful real estate listings and transactions
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with buyer-seller interactions
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation methods
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions and contracts
