Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains to improve and optimize financial workflows.
  • Oversee and contribute to the FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Work closely with various departments to collect financial data and deliver insights for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and scrutinize financial statements, ensuring precision and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Play a vital role in the month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support business strategies.
  • Conduct daily accounting functions, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Great Plains.
  • Thorough understanding of FP&A methodologies and practices.
  • Solid grounding in accounting procedures and GAAP compliance.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools, including SQL.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
