The Job:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome guests to the property and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring seamless and professional service
  • Manage guest room check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations and special requests
  • Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations
  • Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, and balance cash transactions
  • Control and issue keys, promoting security and confidentiality

The Ideal Candidate:

  • One year of face-to-face guest service experience
  • Perception and awareness of individual needs, with the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints
  • Effective listening abilities and strong judgment skills
  • Knowledge of accommodations room capacities and amenities
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
