The Job:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Welcome guests to the property and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring seamless and professional service
- Manage guest room check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations and special requests
- Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations
- Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, and balance cash transactions
- Control and issue keys, promoting security and confidentiality
The Ideal Candidate:
- One year of face-to-face guest service experience
- Perception and awareness of individual needs, with the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally
- Proficiency in computer software, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints
- Effective listening abilities and strong judgment skills
- Knowledge of accommodations room capacities and amenities
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
