Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Lead a team of front desk agents, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
