Job Title: Front Desk Agent

At Azul Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling guest arrivals and departures, and managing the front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
