Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agreement Sales Representative to join our team at Talent Strategy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling inspection services to industrial clients within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cultivate new leads within the industrial sector to generate sales opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software, specifically HubSpot, to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions through our inspection services.
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our inspection services.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to address client inquiries and facilitate supplemental service requests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence in sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using HubSpot being a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
