Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the commercial facility services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to target potential clients in the commercial facility sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in commercial facilities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development.
- Proven success in outbound sales and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
