About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of State Programs Sales and Strategy to join our team at MVP Health Care. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and retention of State Programs customers, developing strategies for territory development and onsite presence, and providing day-to-day supervision and support to sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and customer acquisition through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
