Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating awareness of Stark Tech's core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Work with management and peers on account management, sales strategies, and goal achievement
  • Design and manage projects to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Manage pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Three years of experience in HVAC boiler or critical power systems
  • Three years of experience in sales engineering
  • Proven track record in account management
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Understanding of product and systems application and design
