Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in the Senior Housing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct site visits and tours to showcase our communities and services
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in the Senior Housing industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales goals
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
