Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist - Life Sciences to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Sales, Service, and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual product sales goals
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, and Applications counterparts to achieve performance targets
- Drive prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories
- Conduct product demos, installs, and customer training
- Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience and minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience OR minimum 7 years equivalent work experience
- Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment and experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
- Prior capital sales experience
- Competitive salary range: $115,000-135,000
- Bonus/incentive pay
