Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist - Life Sciences to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual product sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with sales, service, and applications teams to achieve performance targets
  • Provide sales and support assistance to customers, including product demos, installs, and training
  • Drive customer engagement and increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience
  • Prior capital sales experience
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $115,000-135,000
  • Bonus/incentive pay
