Position Summary:
The primary role of the Customer Support Specialist is to manage parts orders and provide exceptional support to our customers and service department. This includes responding to customer inquiries, performing data entry, preparing reports, and utilizing a comprehensive understanding of our products and parts.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing requests for parts and gathering necessary information regarding product issues.
2. Assess whether reported problems are safety-related and initiate appropriate procedures to ensure firearms are safely managed.
3. Utilize our software systems to access component breakdowns based on serial numbers, applying technical knowledge where necessary.
4. Determine the need for parts orders or factory servicing based on customer inquiries.
5. Provide detailed information on products, parts, services, and pricing, while directing more technical inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
6. Conduct data entry for sales orders, parts requests, and manage e-commerce transactions, ensuring accuracy in credit card processing.
7. Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely processing and return of parts and firearms to customers.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with office procedures and software applications, including databases.
- Educational background equivalent to high school with additional specialized training.
