Position Overview:
BCforward Technologies Private Limited is currently in search of a dedicated Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity.

Location:
Westfield, MA

Contract Duration:
3 Months (with potential for extension)

Job Type:
Contract, Onsite

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation:
$23 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing clerical tasks including copying and filing
  • Data entry into state software systems
  • Assisting with encumbrances and other assigned duties

Attention to detail is crucial, along with a basic understanding of Word and Excel. Candidates should possess reliable transportation and the ability to adapt to changing tasks while receiving constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will be available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, though some flexibility in hours may be accommodated. Please note that lunches and breaks are unpaid, and parking is provided at no cost.
