Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and thorough daily progress documentation for each shift worked with individuals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant community-based experience with adults with disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and current insurance.
  • Willingness to transport individuals in personal vehicles throughout the community.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
