As a Client Care Navigator (CCN), you will play a crucial role within the Isaiah House framework. Navigators serve as representatives of the treatment services provided by Isaiah House to key referral agencies across Kentucky.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with Centers of Influence (COI) in the designated CCN region
  • Inform COIs about the history, services, and outcomes associated with Isaiah House
  • Handle inquiries from potential clients considering treatment options
  • Organize travel itineraries for specific counties assigned
  • Maintain a detailed database of all COI interactions, client referrals, and admissions in ASANA
  • Relay all new client referrals to the CCN supervisor via MS Teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Understanding of addiction and substance abuse treatment
  • Strong connections with community services, organizations, and public groups are essential
  • If in recovery, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of one year of continuous sobriety

COMPENSATION:
$43,680
