Job Summary

PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston is seeking a highly skilled and certified restoration technician to join our team. As a Lead Mitigation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing jobs in accordance with PuroClean protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing brand representation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute jobs in accordance with PuroClean protocols, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain efficient job workflows, manage job requirements, and complete job documentation accurately.
  • Supervise production tasks, oversee jobs from beginning to end, and adhere to safety protocols at job sites.
  • Monitor assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, engage in sales and marketing initiatives, and build relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with uniform and policy guidelines as outlined in the Brand Identity Guide.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites, coach and train production staff technicians, and perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
  • Supervise facility maintenance, maintain effective communication with office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians.
Requirements
  • Hold an IICRC WRT Certification (additional IICRC certifications are advantageous).
  • Proficient in Dash and Mica (Familiarity with other industry software like Docusketch, Encircle, ITEL App, etc., is a plus).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development, possess leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Prioritize organization, cleanliness, and facility, asset, and equipment maintenance.
  • Skilled in record-keeping, information recording, and effective communication.
  • Adhere to safety standards, exercise caution with teammates and clients.
  • Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and showcasing organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
