Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Buena Vista Care Center. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional image.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phones, operating the paging system, and maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
- Communication: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve our goals.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Skills: Outstanding communication skills, ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations, and ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines.
