We have successfully launched several proprietary tests for both advanced and early-stage cancer patients, including Guardant360, Guardant Reveal, and the Shield test.

Position Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Identify and cultivate opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with current clients to establish processes for patient identification and sample submission.
  • Oversee customer service and account management functions.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of samples for testing.
  • Manage test orders and streamline customer service processes.
  • Work in conjunction with sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends within assigned accounts and relay insights to leadership.
  • Meet team objectives and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Represent and uphold the values and culture of Guardant Health in all interactions.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, or biotech sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage in consultative selling and address client objections effectively.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of oncology and related therapeutic areas is preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Strong strategic planning skills for sales accounts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships to achieve objectives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.
Compensation Information

The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $108,000, exclusive of benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
