Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new and lucrative opportunities in collaboration with our commercial teams (Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Oversee forecasting and allocation processes in conjunction with the supply chain team.
  • Promote and sell The LYCRA Company’s product range, establishing our organization as a frontrunner in innovative textile solutions among key clients in the Americas.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients across all organizational levels, including senior management and decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Exhibit commercial and marketing excellence by clearly articulating value propositions, implementing strategic pricing, and providing premium service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Advocate for new technologies and manage the process through to commercialization.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Basic data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
  • A B.S. degree is preferred; candidates with a 2-year associate degree or trade school diploma will also be considered.
  • Willingness to travel for business up to 50% of the time.
