Construction Project Manager - Multifamily Renovation / Redevelopment

Fairfield Residential is on the lookout for a Project Manager to lead renovation initiatives across the South East region, focusing on areas such as Atlanta, GA, North Carolina, and Virginia. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in managing multifamily renovation projects, ensuring the smooth execution of properties undergoing transformation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • OSHA Certification

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction, with a focus on multifamily projects
  • Exemplary professional demeanor
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and contractual documents
  • Experience in project estimation is advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage construction schedules
  • Set project objectives and establish policies
  • Negotiate contracts and manage change orders
  • Oversee contractor performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure compliance with building standards and regulations
  • Monitor project progress and oversee field operations
  • Act as a liaison between Property Management and the Construction Team
  • Coordinate project close-out and warranty processes
