**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Director to lead our strategic CXO marketing initiatives targeting Fortune 500 executives. This role will develop and execute personalized marketing programs that drive awareness and engagement with C-suite decision-makers, supporting ServiceNow's enterprise growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**
  • Design and implement targeted marketing strategies for curated CXO relationships across Fortune 500 accounts, emphasizing personalized touchpoints and executive-specific value propositions.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals in developing and executing bespoke executive engagement programs, including content development and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Create compelling thought leadership content and experiences resonating with specific C-suite personas (CEO, CIO, COO, CHRO), incorporating individual executives' published viewpoints, strategic initiatives, and business challenges.
  • Orchestrate customized, multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital experiences, exclusive events, and direct marketing approaches.
  • Develop and maintain detailed executive personas and engagement preferences for target CXOs, ensuring all interactions are relevant and valuable to their business context.
  • Drive sophisticated measurement and optimization of executive marketing programs, including engagement tracking and influence mapping at the individual executive level.
**Requirements**
  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on executive-level marketing.
  • Proven track record leading CXO marketing programs at enterprise software companies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation, IT strategy, and business technology trends.
  • Experience managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing technologies and measurement approaches.
  • Outstanding executive presence and ability to engage credibly with C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling strategic narratives.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $207,100 - $372,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions offer an OTE incentive compensation structure.
