Job Overview:

Freeway Insurance Services America LLC is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join their team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling non-standard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients and providing them with the best possible solutions for their insurance needs.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual performance and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner, ensuring accurate scanning of documentation in the agency management system.
  • Connect quickly with clients, build and leverage relationships, and educate customers on which products best fit their needs.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Holds sales or customer service experience.
  • Degree: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • An ambitious professional driven by opportunities for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
