Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the OB/GYN territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Intrarosa & Femring to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic area. Your primary goal will be to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of our products, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Intrarosa & Femring to OB/GYNs in the assigned territory, ensuring strong relationships with key decision-makers.">
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including their safety profiles, approved indications, and clinical data.">
  • Collaborate with office staff and health care providers to provide exceptional customer service and support.">
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, life science, or a clinical field.">
  • At least 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales experience, or equivalent outside B2B experience.">
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.">
  • Solid business communication skills, with the ability to persuade physicians and providers.">
  • Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications is preferred.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested, with occasional overnight travel required.">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses and a fleet vehicle package. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.
