Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Executive Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and meeting sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with designated national accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage the sales process with designated national accounts based on the agreement executed between Miner Corp and the national account.
  • Drive KPI results to target including site calls, site visits, site activations, revenue, gross profit, SafeACT sold, SafeCHECK sold, quotes generated, quotes closed-won, and quotes closed-lost.
  • Act as a consultant in helping partners with their unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing national account sales within a defined territory or region.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in customer service and direct business-to-business sales
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • The ability to travel frequently
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus commission. In addition, we provide a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, company-paid life insurance, and disability coverage. We also offer PTO, paid holidays, training, and mentoring opportunities.
